A minimum of 24/48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24/48 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.
If payment has already been made, no refund will be given for late cancellations.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice ("no-show") will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
The Instructor may, at their sole discretion, waive cancellation charges in cases of genuine emergencies.
